A little help with Avela

Purchases and Premium
- After reinstalling or changing devices, open Settings → Avela subscription → Restore purchases.
- If Premium is active, use Manage subscription to open your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Avela cannot view full card details or directly cancel an App Store subscription for you.
Microphone and transcription
Allow Microphone access in iPhone Settings, select the language you are speaking inside Avela, and review the transcript before saving. Transcription can make mistakes, especially with background noise, quiet speech, or mixed languages. If it fails, try a shorter recording closer to the microphone.
Photos
Allow photo-library access when prompted. A selected journal or profile photo is copied into Avela’s local storage. Journal and profile photos are not sent for personal AI reflection.
Privacy controls
Open Settings → Privacy and data to export structured journal data or delete entries, profile data, and managed photos from this device. Deletion cannot be undone. For a privacy request, email ikkagency13@gmail.com.
AI temporarily unavailable
Your journal should still save locally. Avela may show a short on-device reflection until the personal AI service is available again. If the same problem continues, include your iPhone model, iOS version, app language, and the approximate time of the failure in your email. Please do not send private journal text unless you choose to.
Urgent safety
Avela is not an emergency or crisis service. If you may be in immediate danger or may hurt yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services now or go to a safer place with someone you trust.
